Winnipeg doesn't even have a hockey team anymore though.

But they should. Waaaaaayyyyy too many American teams, not enough this side of the 49th.

i suppose, but manitoba, in general,is very into hockey, and although we don't have an NHL presence, its seen everywhere.

In the small town that I grew up in, if you didn't play hockey, you were pretty much an outcast.
